Mining beyond for impact, growth and the future.
Across the mining value chain, from first survey to final delivery.

Every stage, one standard.
Nova Mines holds the concession, runs the plant and takes the product to market, so accountability does not change hands between stages.

Exploration.
Mapping, sampling and drilling that define the resource before ground is opened.
The same survey records what sits above it. Watercourses, farmland and habitat become fixed constraints on the mine plan.

Extraction.
Ore mined in sequence, with worked ground reprofiled while other areas still produce.
Ground is opened in phases, and worked areas are reprofiled while other areas are still in production.

Processing.
Recovery on a closed water circuit, with waste characterised before placement.
Value is added on site. Tailings are deposited to engineered specification, with freeboard and seepage monitored as routine operating data.

Commercialization.
Product into international markets, with value returning to Ghana.
Output becomes wages, local procurement, skills transfer, tax and royalty.
